Who we are

We’re a privately owned conservation business based in Cheshire and operating across the UK, delivering projects up to £4m.

Established in 2005, we specialise in the restoration of historic buildings and windows for Commercial, Public Sector and Ecclesiastical clients.

We’ve become a trusted subcontractor for many of the country’s leading construction companies, and an experienced principal contractor for a wide range of clients including councils, national heritage charities and FTSE 100 companies.

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built for safely achieving excellent project quality at highly competitive prices, and exceeding our clients’ expectations every time.

Our Business

We’re a responsible contractor with experts in each discipline and adopt best-practice methods to protect our team, the public and wider environment throughout our work and after its completion.

We employ over 40 expert craftspeople and industry professionals and are accredited by respected industry bodies and regulatory agencies.

As a business we’re committed to our people’s safety, well-being and development; and that of our wider community. We invest in ongoing training and development, including operating a successful apprenticeship scheme, and we proudly support our local schools and wider community with charitable work.

Our Team

Our management and expert craftspeople have centuries of combined experience working in the UK’s conservation and construction industries.  We’re experienced, qualified and committed to achieving our clients’ conservation goals and forming long-lasting client partnerships.

Our clients say

Trinity’s work was fundamental to the success of our project.

Commercial Manager, Vinci Construction

Trinity Renovations delivered urgent masonry services with great attention to detail, which prevented the project from being delayed.

Project Director – Overbury

We were impressed with Trinity Renovations and how they managed to restore so much of Pitmaston House’s original masonry and stonework, and so many of its windows that we thought were beyond repair!
