What we did
- Conservation repair and restoration of the historic hotel frontage
- Restoration and reinstatement of traditional shopfronts and architectural detailing
- Traditional joinery repairs and selective replacement using appropriate materials and detailing
- Coordination of specialist trades, including asbestos removal and associated enabling works
- Conservation works to a Grade II listed building within the Granby Street Conservation Area regeneration scheme
- Protection, repair and conservation of historic fabric in accordance with established conservation principles
